Join the girls of GO-180 Fitness every Saturday, for a live stream warmup and cool down each week, then repeat this run on your own 2x before we meet again.  
PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS, or if you are just getting back into running again.  Follow our training plan, and keep motivated with tips and feedback as we progress through 13 weeks of run/walk interval training.  Run/Walk intervals are gentle on the body and keep your mind engaged as well...all the way to the FINISH line.
Dash through the Jingle Bell Run at Wrightsville Beach on December 12th, and walk/run with me in person, or join the event live stream.  Virtual 5k registration available for this race as well!
